There are many ways to help relieve arthritis symptoms without the use of medications.  You can try any of the following “natural” treatments to see if they can help manage your symptoms better with less medical intervention. 

If you decide to try any of the above, proceed with caution.  Start with short, light sessions to see how your body responds, so that you do not risk worsening your symptoms.  Do sessions no more than one to two times a week.  You can rotate from therapy to therapy from month to month, or as needed depending on your symptoms.
