The Guidelines below set standards that govern JointPain101.com via RunBionic, LLC’s relationship with its advertising partners as well as the relationship between editorial and advertising content.

Advertising is necessary for JointPain101 to continue to bring you 100% original medical information. Consequently, advertisers can purchase ads, create an Education Center about their product, sponsor a topic or sponsor an article page. However, paid sponsorships and/or advertisements will have absolutely no connection, influence, or relationship with original content on JointPain101.com.  This mutual exclusivity will ensure and guarantee that the information posted on this website will be accurate, autonomous, and unbiased. 

This policy applies to all RunBionic, LLC properties including, but not limited to, our websites, mobile sites and any other medium. Please recognize that no set of Guidelines can address every situation or issue that may arise in the course of doing business. Consequently, these guidelines will be reviewed and updated from time to time as needed.

Advertising Guidelines

The Guidelines in the following section apply to all advertisements on RunBionic, LLC properties, which include RunBionic.com and JointPain101.com   and all related mobile and email publications.

• No relationship with an advertiser will compromise RunBionic, LLC’s editorial independence.
• All advertising content must be clearly distinguishable from editorial content. RunBionic, LLC will label an advertisement with the word “Advertisement,” “Sponsored Resource” and/or “Sponsored Content” to delineate it from editorial content.
• Advertisers are responsible for ensuring that their ads are adequately substantiated and comply with all applicable state and federal laws, regulations, and guidelines.
• Advertising content on RunBionic, LLC properties does not reflect the views of RunBionic, LLC, its’ editors, employees and/or other interested parties.
• If an advertisement, in our sole opinion, contains false or unlawful content, RunBionic, LLC reserves the sole right to refuse or remove the ad in whole or in part. Additionally, RunBionic, LLC may exercise its discretion to refuse to publish or may remove any advertising that is inconsistent with RunBionic, LLC company values, goals, brand or may in our sole opinion, bring disparagement, harm to reputation, or other damage to RunBionic, LLC’s mission, employees and/or brand.

RunBionic, LLC will not accept the following:

• Advertising that RunBionic, LLC believes, in its opinion, is indecent, vulgar, suggestive, profane, or offensive.
• Advertising for illegal products or services, including drugs, illegal substances, or any related products or services.
• Advertising that RunBionic, LLC believes advocates hateful or violent text and/or images against any individual, group, or organization.
• Advertising that RunBionic, LLC determines to be inflammatory.
• Advertising that RunBionic, LLC determines represents a personal attack against an individual, group, country, or organization.
• Advertising that RunBionic, LLC believes undermines the intellectual integrity, authority, and/or character of RunBionic, LLC’s mission, company values or brand.

RunBionic, LLC may remove advertising content at any time if such content is inconsistent with the policies described herein, with or without prior notice to the advertising client and regardless of whether the advertising content has been accepted or displayed within RunBionic, LLC for any period.

The application of the foregoing standards shall be within the sole discretion of RunBionic, LLC’s legal staff.

Sponsored Content Guidelines

At this time, there will be no sponsored content on JointPain101.com.   If sponsored content will be added to this site, then Content Guidelines will be posted immediately preceding the addition to such content on the site. 

Effective March 2021
